When does it start?
Sign up closes on Friday 30th September.
10 weeks starts Monday 3rd October.
Do i have to have a gym membership?
Nope! Your plan is built from the info we gain in your questionnaire about your goals, experience, and equipment.
Everyone can workout regularly with a plan that suits them!
do you help with nutrition?
Yes! You want to See change as well as Feel it and what you eat plays a big role in that. One week at a time you will be given a new nutrition goal supported by educational videos.
Making small weekly changes allows you to stay on track.
I need you to keep me accountable!?
A goal, clear plan, daily texts, and weekly catch ups - you will be unstoppable!
